Während früher nur Verfahrenspatente in Deutschland üblich waren, ist
es nun schon seit einiger Zeit möglich sich ein Stoffpatente erteilen
zu lassen. Das kann schlecht durch andere Stoffpatente blockiert
werden, denn für einen Stoff wird nur ein Patent erteilt.

wenn die altbewährte Mittel genauso gut wie die neuen Patent

neue Stoffe müssen für die Medizin und nicht nur für die Chemie an
Innovation darstellen.
